Barnes Companies (BarnesCo) is the family office of the Barnes family — managing operating companies, industrial real estate, and legacy land assets across Alabama, the Gulf Coast, and the broader Southeast.

Anchored by Harry M. Barnes III — a practicing oncologist who built the family's foundational portfolio over four decades — and operated day-to-day by his son Harry M. Barnes IV ("Buddy"), BarnesCo combines patient capital with hands-on operating discipline.

BarnesCo holds the family's operating companies, industrial real estate, and legacy assets, and runs the sourcing, underwriting, and integration of new acquisitions. Conservative governance, family-aligned incentives, and a strict preference for durable, cash-flowing businesses.
